Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of The Spider and The Butterfly. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following refund terms apply:

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

• The book arrives damaged or defective
• You receive the incorrect item
• The order was cancelled before dispatch

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

• Reported within 7 days of delivery
• In unused and original condition, unless damaged upon arrival
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after the book has been dispatched
• Damage caused after delivery
• Orders where incorrect shipping details were provided by the customer

Refund Process

1. Email us with your order number and reason for the refund request
2. Include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions (if applicable)
4. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
